How It Works
​Choose a meal program that suits your lifestyle needs. Once you pick a meal program, we will email you the weekly menu to hand-select your meals for the week. All orders are due Wednesday by noon for delivery the following week. We deliver meals twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) to ensure freshness.
​Create an account with us! After your order is received with your preferred meal program, a receipt and client intake form will land in your inbox. This will tell me everything you would like us to know about you! Any likes, dislikes, allergies, or preferences.
ENJOY! We deliver your fresh meals every Monday and Wednesday to your home, gym, or office between 6 AM and 12 PM PST. All meals are mindfully made gluten, dairy, soy, and refined sugar-free. We source our produce locally and shop organic as much as possible.

Whitefish, white jasmine rice, seasonal veggies, onion, garlic, fresh ginger, lemongrass, coconut oil, coconut milk, fish sauce, honey, cilantro, and topped with green onion and red chilis.

Grilled steak with mashed potatoes, asparagus and served with a side of our house chimichurri sauce (parsley. cilantro, oregano, red wine vinegar, red pepper, salt, EVOO).

Crusted chicken breast served on top of a bed of Jovial pasta (Organic Cassava Flour, Water) with red sauce and broccoli.
